I have had an enlarged spleen for over 3 years now. I am 32 years old. Here are the tests done

2 upper enodoscopies
colonoscopy
3 ct scans
2 ultrasounds
x-ray
hiv
hep
cmv
ebv
10 metabolic panels
copper storage
celiac
bone marrow biopsy w/ flow cyt
multiple CBC's

All normal tests, save for enlarged spleen on imaging studies, 14cm on ct and 16cm on ultrasound. Have almost constant pain, aggravated by drinking. One morning after drinking the night before, i could feel the painful outline of my spleen if I pressed on the left side of my abdomen. All liver function tests are normal. I have completely stopped drinking and changed my diet to no avail. Pain is almost constant but my GI doctore seems unconcerned because he cannot find a reason for my spleen to be enlarged. ANy ideas?
