Hi,

I have an enlarged spleen and dilated liver veins. I have found out that both may be connected to portal hypertension and tricuspid insuffiency/right hear chamber insufficieny. I also have a slight chamber insufficieny.
Can anyone tell me something about possible diseases connected to these two conditions, especially about the connection with carcinoid
