Enlarged spleen but can't find anything

About 9 months ago I was found to have an enlarged spleen, the doc did a heap of blood tests and everything came back normal.
My doc then ended up saying that about 5 percent of people have an enlarged spleen and there is nothing wrong with them. I am currently getting pains just under my ribs on my left side and also a heavy ache feeling in my I soose in my lower chest on the left kind of just up underneath my left breast. I have experienced the pains under my ribs before but only ever once in a blue moon but in the last week I have been experiencing them on a daily basis ( both pains). I guess my question is should I go and get a second opinion or am I just worrying about nothing I am not keeling over on the floor in pain but it can be very uncomfortable. Also was my doctor right in saying that in 5 percent of people an enlarged spleen is normal????
