I go through really bad bouts of stresss and this internalized anger, a few months ago I was going through one of my bouts and felt something pop under my ribcage, after that I got an occasional pinching but didnt think anything of it( i think I asked someone and they said it was probably a muscle)

I took a cat scan for something else and they told me I had an enlarged spleen

Could the cause be the stress? Could I have done some damage(like opening it up and bleeding when I heard the pop)? Is it possible for the spleen to go back to a normal size?

Now that I think about it I have all the symptoms such as shortness of breath, pain under the rib cage and back pain, I just attributed it all to the anxiety I am feeling but now it makes sense

I really am a messed up person

You aren't messed up.
The pop you felt was most likely a pulled muscle.
The enlarged spleen they saw on the CT scan was likely incidental and was being caused secondary to an infection. Were you sick recently? Do you have any underlying illnesses? Have you ever had mono?
Spleens return to their normal size over time (unless it was a severe case of mono or you have a lymphoma or leukemia.)
I dont think the stress is related to an enlarged spleen in your case.

Well another problem I am having is this injury to my testicle which happened about 7 weeks ago and that is a nightmare of a problem, I may need surgery on it, it was during a cat scan on my groin that they discovered the enlarged spleen,, but I also have been having frequent urination since it happened, I am not sure if it is a urinary infection or what, I took anti-biotics and they did nothing

I also have been getting pains around my heart, like I said I am a pretty messed up person

I am taking an ultrasound on my spleen next week
