enlarged pitutarygland sorehead small oval hard bump on head

in November both my eyes went completely blind in both eyes about a month later i felt like i had something stuck in my throat it hurt when i swallowed turned my head or looked up it hurt they did throid test it all came back normal i found out that i have a enlarged pituitary tumer since February I Have been getting these excruciating sore headaches starts from the left top to right down middle of the back of my skull i had it for almost 7 weeks got it to go away for about 3 or 4 days and then it came backs for another 5 weeks constant sore head after about 4 weeks i kept waking up with head ache between my eyes horrible pain in my ears
