Q: Enlarged pimples on thigh and stomach

I have very enlarged pimples on my inner/outer thigh and stomach. They hurt a lot when I try to touch them, but they have no head. so maybe they aren't pimples at all. But they are kind of big(like the size of a quarter) and red and every time I pass my hand over it, it hurts a lot. I don't know what it possibly can be. Any help?
