Hello! I am new here and I have a question. 2 weeks ago (after having pelvic pain) I had an Vaginal US and discorved an enlarged left ovary. Still have the pain, ca125 came back normal. I was told if I had fever or sudden severe pain to go to ER. The pain is the same, and no fever but now I have a very painful, hard lump. I believe it is my inguinal node. It is on the same side as the enlarged ovary. Can't call the doc till Monday morning. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and what it COULD be. I know there are alot of possibilities. I am scheduled for a follow up US in 4 weeks. Thanks
Oh, and I am a 20 yo female with 1 daughter. I have had ovarian cysts before, always on left side.
