Enlarged lymph node due to inflammation ?

The exact dimensions might have been helpful. You might be experiencing enlarged lymph node due to inflammation in the vicinity. You might want to visit your family doctor to detect the source of inflammation and have antibiotics if infection has occurred.
Meanwhile, you might want to use over the counter anti-inflammatory products to ease the inflammation and the symptoms.
