i myself am waiting on a laparoscopy for endo. i was given an injection by my doctor to stop periods (depo provera) which has stopped the pain...and periods.. but only to last for 3 months. i was given this injection around 9 months ago.. and this worries me further (im only 22) im just wondering is this normal?should my periods have come back by now? will this affect the findings of endometriosis? i have gone through various tests etc and its been narrowed down to endo, also my mother has had endo and has had a full hysterectomy because of this. any information would be greatly appreciated.
