I was diagnosed with endometriosis 6 months ago. I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, where the gynaecologist found four crops of endemetriosis, each with about 11 deposits, and he lasered it away. It was growing around various organs but not on the fallopian tubes or ovaries and he checked my fertility and said it was fine. Since then my symptoms have returned (v. heavy period, pelvic cramps etc.). I've got to have another laparoscopy and he will cut out the endometriosis but I've broken my rib and got to wait till that's healed, but I'm worried that the endometriosis may spread and damage my fertility. I'm getting married in July and looking to start a family soon, but we're only just getting back on track as sex has been so painful for a long time and I don't want to rush if we don't need to. Should we rush to try to get pregnant? I would be really grateful for any advice as I'm not sure how quickly the disease spreads.

Sometimes it can spread really quick. I had 3 laproscopies done before I had a hysterectomy. Every time I had a laproscopy done the endometriois would be back within 2-3 months.
