Today i was told i have a 4x2 by 4x6 cyst (basically the size of my ovary) on my left ovary. It started off being 3.8 cm simple cyst, but has grown and changed. I'm wondering if this could be the cause of my incredibly erratic periods and severe abdominal pains, and if it could cause other problems such as light-headedness and tiredness.
Also I'm wondering what the next steps should be, and whether i should continue taking Pimafucort which was prescribed to help relieve pain and regulate my cycles but is only making me crook.
