Current medical status: Excessively engaged in self gratification through masturbation. Despite my efforts to get rid of my hyper sextual fantasies resulting in masturbation, I am unable to control on myself. I feel as if i am becoming psychopath for this specific issue. I always want to see nudity, sexual activites and girls.

Sexual fantasies and masturbation are considered normal part of the sexual life of a person. If the self gratification is only through masturbation without desire for common intercourse then it is considered pathological. You might want to visit a sex therapist or psychotherapist to talk about this issue.
