The data you provided is insufficient for a definitive diagnosis regarding possible blighted ovum or endometriosis. In order to identify the cause of the unexpected bleeding, you'll need additional examinations.

You might want to visit your gynecologist and request a pelvic exam, laboratory female hormonal tests, and pelvic ultrasound in order to start the diagnostic process. Treatment will depend on the determined diagnosis.
