ended a relationship

i`ve split from a 25 year relationship with 2 boys in there 20`s still living at home but i got thrown out the house which have paid 4 plus 2 others are rented out and have got no idea what i should do or where to go if i can claim half peeps keep telling me i can i am on a low wage so cannot afford solicitors where do i go from being in limbo
