Is it a health risk that after heavy masturbation for many years the scroatum becomes very saggy and empty? Will this cause a problem for seaman or testosterone production, or any other health risks? Is there anything that can be done to help this problem?

mostlyhealthy09,
There should not be a health risk from masturbation, if this were true then there would be a lot of guys out there at incredible risk. All kidding aside, your testicles will typically be saggy when you are not aroused or have an erection. Once you do get hard your testicles should normally tighten up as they produce sperm/semen for use in ejaculating.
