I am currently forming 2 groups of 3-5 women who suffer from emotional overeating (eating in response to stress and negative emotions) and wish to lose weight.
One group will include women of 25-35 years and another one women aged 35-45.
There will be a session conducted every week for 2 hours.
You can attend as many sessions as you like but I intend to cover the content of the course in 3-4 weeks depending on how fast and effective we work within the group.
Anyone can join with the issues mentioned above, the only requirement is to be willing to work within the group.
During the session we will be talking about how to lose weight, establish healthy eating habits and make positive lifestyle changes.
In addition, we will be working on the psychological issues of the emotional overeating, changing the patterns present within us that lead to emotional overeating and learning how to deal and prevent emotional overeating.
