Can anyone give me a barney style breakdown of my results:

Summary: With palmar stimulation, the median sensory peak latency is prolonged bilaterally. No evidence of denervation found among any of the muscles sampled above; delts,bi,tri, pronator teres, abductor pollicis brevis, and first dorsal interosseous.

Assessment: Findings are consistent with mild bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome with residual median sensory slowing.
Had CT surgery Apr 08 in dominant left hand.

If it still hurts why not use your own method of recovery...Don't use it when it is bothering you....Hopefully this will help...
