Yesterday I had to go to the emergency room because I had the worst asthma attack of my life, I felt like I was going to pass out and die. Anyway, after two breathing treatments my peak flow was up to 620. I was given a prescription for Prednisone and Atrovent but I don't know if they're helping because after using the peak flow meter today I could only go up to 450. Is this normal?
