Emergency contraceptive pills dosage ?

2 days ago, me and my girlfriend were having sex with spermicide lubricated trojan condoms. We had sex two times, first time I ejaculated. I wiped my penis off with a tissue but I did not wash it with soap. We had sex again 20 minutes later using a new condom, but this time the condom breaks. I heard it/felt it and pulled out right away, I did not ejaculate the second time. My girlfriend took emergency contraceptive pills the next morning around 16 hours since the incident. ( i know she doesn't have to take it in the morning its just that it was the only time i could get it ) Ughhh another huge mistake was that there were labels for the 2 tablets, tablet 1 and tablet 2.......She took tablet 2 first by accident, then 12 hours later took tablet 1. Did she need to take them in order? Both tablets looked the same. My last question is when is the best time for her to take a pregnancy test? Her last period was on October 3rd
