As policy, we do not delete EHEALTHforum accounts. However, we'll be happy to change your username, make the account inactive, and erase the profile settings that connect your email address to your account. This will secure your anonymity AND simultaneously keep relevant medical information online. We find this policy works well for most situations. You'll need to make this request via PM or email to confirm that you'd like this to be done.
If you'd like to erase the profile settings that connect your email address to your account, access the "my profile" section of the site. Select the "edit My Preferences" link and default the "Always notify me of replies" to NO.
