Electric shocks throughout body

Hi there!
I am a young teen experiencing very painful electric shocks throughout my body. Sometimes they linger for 20-30 s and sometimes they feel like a stabbing pain. My muscles constantly twitch and my eyes occasionally move around randomly. I've had bloodwork done for b12 testing negative. These shocks have been going on since as long as I can remember, but the twitching and random eye movements have been happening as of approx 6 months ago. I often get tem on my chest near my heart, and extremities , but they come everywhere else too. Anything will help!
