I really don't think so.
I don't know all the specifics for what I'm trying to tell you,but you're baby is protected.
There are a lot of people who are afraid to have sex in case it hurts their baby but I had a lot of sex when I was pregnant and my son came out a healthy happy little baby with absolutely no problems.
You should be okay to keep having sex.

the baby is preotected by your closed cervix and the amniotic sack, there no way possible the ejaculation will even get to the baby, think about it, if that get get to the baby, what other germs could?? there would be horrible infections if it wasnt for all the protective material keeping the baby from the outside germs

oh and i forgot... the only way sex would be harmful is after your water breaks.. then the baby is exposed to that outside world, and then it can cause an infection.. but unless your high risk, or your water broke, then sex is perfectly fine
