Seminal Leakage Posted: 06-16-08 01:25am I have seminal leakage bad. Al i have to do is kiss a girl and it leaks. Dont have to be aroused either. When i am aroused and am doing foreplay its very embarrising when she goes down there and its wet already. What do i have to do to get rid of it. I will do anything please it is wrecking my self confidence. What is the best thing i can do to fix this problem please.

Given your symptoms it is likely that you have a severe case of pre-term ejaculation (ejaculation praecox). Ejaculation praecox is a functional disorder that is probably mentally conditioned. Anxiety can cause ejaculation praecox and opposite is true, as well – this sexual disorder can provoke more anxiety. Ejaculation praecox is typical for young men with little sexual experience.
