This is kind of embarrassing for me, but I have found semen stains on my boyfriends underwear after he has been out all day. One time, he went motorcycle riding and when I asked him how they got there, he stated he has a 'condition' that when he strains, sometimes he ejaculates involuntarily. Should I believe him?

He has used this explanation on numerous occasions. Can this happen just out of the blue?

Ejaculation possible when straining?

I have to say I have found signs of semen when I strain aswell. I find I even have signs of semen when I ride anything that viberates as riding a motorcycle, riding mower, and even a bicycle. Having to say I don't wear underwear but you can see a small wet spot where my penis lays against what I am wearing. So be understanding and remember Doctors know alot but not everything and how everyones body works.
