Lately over the last month or so anytime i ejaculate whether it be through sex or masturbation it feels like im about to urinate. I don't actually urinate, i do cum but it doesn't feel like it at all.

I've tried urinating before sex / masturbation but it still feels that way.

Is this something serious? And is there anything I can do to get it back to normal?

actually no. do you masturbate frequently? if so your body ran out of cum so your body is going to use urin instead. you should notice that it is more runny and less color. give you penis-masturbating a week before you do it again.
