For six to eight months .i hav the problem of ejaculation of sperm during sleep and too hav premature ejaculation. wen i mastrubate soon sperm ejaculates and too i am so leen i think i m leen because of masturubating .. wat is the remedy .. and wat should i do to become fat .. and also wen i ejaculate i feel somewat watery its not as before .. and sometimes i feel guilty ..
