Hi, am a 29 yr old guy, who got to make love to my gf 1st time in life. while doing foreplay i could feel the errection hard, but as i wanted to penetrate, in the process of putting on condom, around 1 minute lapsed and by the time i cud penetrate,my errection has gone down and as i touched the vaginal enterance i ejaculated. After i ejaculated, i tried to get the errection again but could not get it. Then we tried doing same after 4 hours gap and again i ejaculated as soon as i touched the vaginal enterance. Both the times she only was guiding my penis to her vaginal enterance.
Secondly, when ever my penis is errect within few seconds if i dont stroke it, it starts limping and am not able to sustain the errection.
Am confused if my problem of PE and Ed is a physical one or a psychological?
This was my first time and i was anxious as well.
What do you suggest? What should be done to get rid of this problem.
