at random times this sticky stuff comes out of my penis, however it is not sperm and it comes out at random times , not when i am aroused or anything how do i stop this??

Abnormal discharge from the penis could indicate anything from Urethritis (inflammation of the urethra), STDs, or even penile cancer. I suggest that you see a urologist and get a physical and medical examination in order to begin the process of diagnosis.

how long have you had it for?
it could be a normal infection (not an std) which will pass.
