Q: Ejaculating blood

My Boyfriend is mostly healthy 28 year old. He does have PKD and hypertension. The other night we were having sex and as he came, it was like pure blood. It was very scary and the first time it ever happened. I understand it could be from a ruptured cyst off his kidneys..however at this time there is no blood in his urine. Could you please me an idea of what maybe going on? We wenrt have rough sex of anything like like...Im lost and scared. Thank you

nobody will help or reply to you people especially urologist do not understand this condition and just fob you of im afraid to say.
you see i have been ejaculating pure blood for 18months i have had all the tests possible they still cannot giuve a reason for it my sex life is non existant i am depressed to the point i may at any time commit suicide, thats how i feel.
nobody will help you at all.
