haleem123,

this may seem like a personal question, but do you have sex very often? you have described what some know as a "wet dream" and it is normal. if you do not have sex or masturbate every once in a while this type of thing has the tendency to occur.

It was a nocturnal emmision and it can happen even if you have regular sex and masturbate. I get them on occasion, not very often, but it has happened a few times even in my twenties. No big deal, just have to change your underwear and go back to sleep.

yea, that happens when you are obsessed in a particular person, you release lots of loads when your excitement towards having sex with that person. You see it's just your emotions that creates all these factors

I don't think it is emotional. My doctor described it as part of the nomral male sexual function. He told me it's suppose to happen when you need to release. Build up can be a problem and your body knows when to dump the excess.
