since i was really small, a few times a week, i try to go to sleep and all of a sudden i cant move anything and it feels like i stop breathing. ive been trying to figure out what it was, and i read some stories online about sleep paralysis adn they seem to match my symptoms...but im not really sure if this is it. i am also really tired during the day. my mom took me to get an eeg for something completely unrelated and it came back normal, so im stuck and i dont know what to do. we didnt go to any follow up appointments and i was wondering if anyone knows anything to help me in this situation...is there anything i can do myself to stop these episodes from happening??
