I have had edema in my left foot for about
8 months now. It started out severe. One
day after work, I came home and my foot
was swollen. I didn't injure it or
anything. I got ex-rays and an mri and no
injury could be found. I also got tested
for deep vein thrombosis, and it came out
negative. I had to wrap my foot every day
to keep the edema under control.
Eventually it subsided. Now I can get
through the day without wrapping it, but
it is still present. Any thoughts on what
this crazy thing could be? My doctors are
stumped.
