My boyfriend has suspected that he has ED. Ive told him that its in his head, but I postive that he doesnt believe me. He's been stressed and as of right now he is no longer in his comfort zone and his eating habits are horrible.

This has really started to effect him (and me, but mostly him). This is what he's described to me:

He has become depressed and this is all he worries/thinks about.
He says that he does not wake up erect anymore
he does not stay hard during intercourse which leads us to not finish
a lot of times it doesnt stay hard for us to begin.
It doesnt stay hard during penetration

He doesnt want to take medication to help with this situation, so we've started to work out more, eat healthier, and try to de-stress his mind. He's doesnt smoke/drink and never has; and he's in good shape, I just dont know what to do to make him feel any better or if our methods will help.

At the age of 19 and he is not waking up with morning erections then something is going wrong in his neuro-endocrine function. Alot more young people are turning up with ED to early in life. Environmental Toxins are a major contributer to this such as eating Genetically Modified Organics (GMO foods for short) and he should avoid these as much as possible. Aspartame(Sugar Free) and Monosodium Glutamate are bad for causing auto-immune responses in the body. If you have access to spring water it would be advised to take advantage of this as well. Tap Water contains sodium flouride which will rob the body of Iodine that is essential to maintain a healthy thyroid. Now after avoiding these and his erections do not improve then he should get to a doctor to get adrenals/thyroid plus Free and Total Testosterone checked if this turn up okay you could try doing a liver cleanse incase there is a toxin buildup in the body.

Try exercises
Have you guys tried exercises? They work unless there's some medical condition but it sounds like the stress and eating habits have a lot to do with it. Is there anything else bothering him that you don't know about?

Well after weeks of getting him to be stress free, we got it to work to his satisfaction, and his morning erections are good too. Now that I stay with him a 2-3 days every other week, I think I startle him in the morning :-/ and it puts a wrench in his morning erections. But everything else was all in his head. We do exercise, but its his TERRIBLE TERRIBLE eating habits that is playing a big role in this. Things are starting to pick up for him and its looking better. Thanks everyone! Next is to get him to get his yearly check up....
