ED after holmium laser enucleation of the prostate

Hi I'm 51 and after years of not being able to pee due to an enlarged prostate i had a holmium laser enucleation. (almost 1 year ago) I pee great now, but can't get an erection hard enough for penetration - even with viagra, cialis, etc. i also tried a penis ring - no luck there either. I can have a retrograde ejaculation if i am masterbating, but it takes forever (like 15 mins watching porn!) and is really hard to get off. My penis never really gets engorged, just a little larger.

I'm still really interested in sex - any hope for me? I'm really sad about this.
