In 2010 i was diagnosied with SVT (super vascular tachycardia)i was given an Ablation procedure in May 2010, which i was told was successful, however my 'flutters' continued. They became more often and so i went back to the GP. In Feb i was told i needed a 24 hour heart monitor which was no biggy as i had a 2 week monitor fitted before my operation. The results came back that i now have Ectopic heart beats (which i didnt have before the abaltion procedure that i know of. i have a cardiology appointment on 16th July to have more assessments done.

On Thursday evening i experienced what felt like indigestion and then chest pains. I was breathless and felt pretty rubbish, i took myself off to bed. The next morning i felt better but my chest was very sore, with sharpe pains and what i can only describe as pressure on my chest. I called the dr on friday who told me the dr would call me back on Monday, i spoke to the dr this morning and she has tole me to come in today to be seen, have my blood pressure taken and check my chest. i have my appointment in 4 hours.

My concern is what could it be, and what if the dr says my chest and blood pressure is fine, where do i go from there because the chest pain is so uncomfortable and had it constantly now for 4 days.

Thanks in advance

You don't give your age, gender, past history, family history, etc.
Neveretheless, an initial ablation procedure often does not solve the problem, and a 2nd procedure may be necessary. Though you were told the ablation was successful, I don't know why your "flutters" continued and apparently increased in frequency.
I am unclear as to the type of ectopic heart beats you are experiencing. And I don't know the origin of your sharp chest pains and a feeling of pressure on the chest.
You need clarification of your medical condition - including the nature of your "flutters" and ectopic heart beats, and your chest pains of variable nature. Certainly this calls for a proper diagnostic approach from your physician.
Please be aware that I am unable to diagnose medical conditions online.
