Q: ECG Interpretation and Calculations

I have gone through some detailed Utube type Tutorial Videos on ECG Interpretation, and analysed my own ECG (of course after the Doctor had put his remarks).

I have some specific doubts on :

a) General ECG calculatons like how do we calculate the exact Axis of "P", "QRS" and "T" waves. For eg, these are respectively, 56, 62 and -6 degrees in my ECG.

b) Inverted U wave in V3 ? - it's interpretation ?

c) ST-U Depression or U Inversion in V4 - it's interpretation ?

Thanks.
