Q: missing period

I took an ec pill and was supposed to get my period a week later, it has been 11 days since it should have happended and still no period. My breasts are a little tender now and I'm starting to get a little bit of abdominal pain now like I feel like I could start any minute. But all that comes out is clear sticky mucuous. I don't know what's going on all I want is my period. What the heck is going on?
