Glad you asked a question that many people ask themselves, too.
Unfortunately there is no perfect solution for this. In your particular case, you identified the problem yourself (you are bored). Try to remember whether you eat that much or whether you even feel hungry when you have something to do. If it is interesting it might take all your attention and you might even forget eating.
Try to give yourself little tasks that are easy to accomplish, but take much time. For example, you might want to take a walk with your friends to a distant location. If you donât take snacks with you and avoid shops with snacks along the road then you might accomplish the task you wanted: not eating all the time.
Give yourself tasks that are interesting for you. Dancing to music is good for burning calories and it is almost impossible to dance and to eat big amounts of food.
