Does eating less cause permanent hair loss?
- Let pretend that we need to eat " 2500 " calories a day, but we limit it to 1800 calories to loss some weight
and start exercising everyday ( burn 250-500 calories ) for 8-9 month... will it cause any type of hair loss?
Even if you take zinc, multivitamin and eat allot of green, healthy organic stuff :and ofc... alot of water! roll: ?
i have seen people drinking, eating less then nothing for years, but they got full head of hair
