for the past 6-7 months I have noticed that when ever I consume any food which has any trace of mutton/lamb meat (however small quantity) gives me severe headache. I have no problems eating beef or chicken.

Is there any known link between mutton/lamb meat and severe headaches

Extremely eHealthy
Headaches triggered by certain dietary items, are result of food intolerance.
Lump meat has been recognized like headache triggered for many migraine sufferers.
Try to exclude this kind of meat from your menu, just to check if this will lead you to being headache-free.

migraines after eating chicken
I have severe headaches too eating poultry meat or even traces of it consuming chicken broth. Been trying to find answers for this aswell. The common replies received is to exclude from my diet. I think we need answers what causes this and if there is a underlying problem.
