Ok, so my boyfriend doesn't eat well at all. I have a number of health problems due to not eating or drinking enough fluids, and now I've sorted myself out.
I've started my boyfriend exercising enough with me; we go jogging and kickboxing, but he still doesn't eat properley. He doesn't eat any fruit or veg; just meat and LOADS of carbohydrates. I don't want him to get high cholesterol or die of a heart attack any time soon!!
Also, he smokes a heck of a lot more too. He said that he would get help, but I can't see him doing anything about it anytime soon.
We were talking to my uncle about it not too long ago, and my uncle just recently quit smoking after 20 years or so of doing it, just by going to his doctors and getting these tablets.
My boyfriend said he would do the same, but he's scared about going to his own family doctor, because he says that he's 'weird' and kind of 'strict' I guess? But he can't be worried about him telling his family or anything, because they all already know that he smokes, they just want him to quit soon.
I know that he's addicted to it. I used to be and I quit just like that. Every now and then I have the urge but I stop myself from doing it because I know that that wouldn't really be supporting my boyfriend would it?
Please help. Any tips on how to mix veg with other food would be a bonus!
