I am a 16 year old male. About a year ago, i decided that i was to heavy and needed to lost some weight. I slashed my calorie intake to less than half. On average i was consuming around 1000 calories a day. I lost weight rapidly and reached 150 pounds. My eating habits since then have been improved, slightly. I average 1500, to 2000. My main question is, did i cause any irreversible damage? Did i stunt my growth?( My current height is 5 ft 10 in.

That is a good height and according to statistics is over average. Anorexia can stunt growth while you are restricting your food but when you gain weight and recover you should grow like you would have if anorexia hadn't occured. I've grown since I recovered xxx
