Q: Eating disorder or small appetite?

Hi. I'm 15-year-old female about 136lbs and I think I might have an eating disorder. Maybe not a disorder but a problem. I never really eat a lot, even less now that schools out and my sleeping pattern has changed, but according to my mom I've always had a small appetite even when I was a baby. I feel nauseated when I eat to the point where I'm full so I don't like to eat a lot. Is this an eating problem?

I'm not sure if these other "symptoms" count for anything but I get frequent headaches, I'm almost constantly experiencing palpitations, the occassional feeling of vertigo, and my legs fall asleep very easily.

iot doesnt sound like a problem.

if you havent had a big appitite ever, then thats just you.

but think, if you can be really honest with yourself, ask if you are eating less to avoing gaining, or in order to loose weight. if yes, then maybe. if no, then your fine

its better not to eat till your full, and eat more often, just so you dont get super hungery. this is actually quite healthy so long you are eating a good amount from all food groups.
