hello i'm 19 years..and i had an eating disorder for the past 5 year..

i want to know if this affected my sexual life..

i have very recurrent itchiness in the vagina and i have a small lump right outside almost inside the vagina.this makes sex impossible my boyfriend says

i am not a virgin though because i had sex 1 time which was uncomfortable and didn't last at all because i was not lubricating and i was irritated in my vagina..i didn't even feel it inside much..

what could this be..now my bf and me can''t even have sex...

i cant tell you that this is possible or impossible but Ive had a eating disorder for about a yeear now and when I had sex first time the only thing I felt was pain and since that nothing at all not a tiny bit of pain or release or anything not even like orgasms and i have had a little lump down there but its normal coz my good friends did have those too... you should still see a doctor though because of that lump maybe she can help you more than I did.... but i dont think that sex is impossible...
