Eating Behaviors

Hello Everyone,

I am doing a research project for my Brown University MPH for an Applied Research Methods course. My research is on binge eating. I created a survey that females can answer anonymously. I will also post my consent form here. The consent form is also posted at the beginning of the survey.

Consent form
I am taking a research course in the Department of Community Health at Brown University . I am interested in understanding why females between the ages of 18-25 binge eat. Your answers to the survey will be used in the presentation of my final class project. All of the data will be reported in summary statistical form only. No data will be reported on an individual basis.
This survey is intended for females who binge eat and are between the ages of 18-25 . Anyone who does not meet this criteria will be excluded at this time. Thank you for your interest.
