Ears plugged for month then suddenly extreme low base ringing

I have had my ears plugging and unpulgging for over the past month after I had a cold for a week

I thought it was sinus related and have been taking allegra and sudafed,when I blow my nose a lot of dry white mucus comes out, and i do this several times a day.

I was laying in bed tonight and then bam my right ear started exploding with a low ring! I actually thought someone was parked outside playing base in a car thats honestly what it sounds like. Its driving me insane, I am having a total panic attack and almost threw up, I cant sleep. I am so frustrated and dont no what to do am honestly fight back tears. I thought I was getting better until this happened its so bad.

I am thinking of going to clinic in morning and trying to get my Eustachian tubes or something drained, I will do drastic things I just want this low base ringing gone its driving me insane and i dont mean that as a figure of speech.
