Uhm. you can only detect if you are pregnant by taking a test. Go to your doctor and figure out how far along you are, and he will give you an estimated conception date

its only possible to tell that early if you having twins and even then its unlikely so you were probably already pregnant,im sure by now you know how far along you are good luck
