Q: Early Period with Nuva Ring

I have been using the Nuva Ring for over a year and a half. This month my period came almost a week early (while the ring was still in). My period has always come like clock work. My question is whether or not I leave the ring in and take it out on saturday (as I usually do) and continue with my normal birth control schedual?
