Q: Early period on Ortho Tri-Cyclen low

I have been on ortho tri-cyclen low for over 5 years now and my period is always during the 4th week (placebo pills) but this month, I got it the 2nd week! I havent skipped pills and my period flow is normal. Its just the wrong time of the month! Should I be concerned? What could cause this? Stress?
