Nothing to be worried about....most ovarian cysts will resolve on their own.

hi
An ovarian cyst is a fluid filled sac which develops in an ovary. Most ovarian cysts are benign (non-cancerous) and cause no symptoms. Some cause problems such as pain and irregular bleeding. No treatment may be needed for certain types of ovarian cysts which tend to go away on their own. For other types an operation may be performed to remove the cyst. Jenny

Honestly, it depends on what kind of cysts they are. I had 2 ovarian cyst removed (surgery). One on each overy, a dermoid cyst (size of a softball) and a water/chocolate cyst (size of a baseball). They wouldnt operate on me without an oncologist in the room. I was lucky, no cancer.
If I were you, I would insist on an untrasound and a second opinion. Its better to be safe than sorry. A good doctor would not be offended at the concept of a 2nd opinion.

My experience
Ovarian cysts can be painful and I was very concerned, I realize instead of waiting for it to "possibly" go away, there were no guarantees of that happening. In the meantime I was in pain and I realized Advil and painkillers only put a bandaid on the problem, so I decided to research and see if I could get rid of them. I found this website, and it worked for me, I am only sharing it because alot of times things are just advertised, but I can say personally this does work. Feel free to check it out, I think if it helps another person, it would make me feel really good.
